1. Introduction
Clients may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment by providing at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur any charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price to cover staff allocation and administrative costs.
If our team arrives at the property and is unable to gain access, or the service cannot proceed due to conditions at the property, the full service fee may be charged.
If the booking was made online or remotely, customers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, if the customer requests that the service begins within this period, they acknowledge that the right to cancel may be lost once the service has been fully completed.

This states how far in advance a customer must cancel to avoid a fee.
- 24–48 hours notice: No cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellation fee may apply.

If a customer cancels too late, businesses often charge a percentage of the service price.
- Same-day cancellation: 50%–100% of the booking cost
- Late cancellation (within 24 hours): 25%–50%
4. No-Show
If the cleaner arrives and cannot access the property:
- Full service charge or 100% fee
- Possible lock-out fee
5. Rescheduling
Some companies allow rescheduling instead of canceling.
- Free if done 24 hours before appointment
- Fee if done same day
6. Emergency Exceptions
Exceptions for:
- Medical emergencies
- Severe weather
- Unexpected situations
We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances.
